The Supervisor supervises social service professionals (SW and SAW) in the provision of direct social work services to clients. In accordance with the mission of the organization the Supervisor, under the direction of the Area Manager, plans, organizes staff, and directs services to clients on a daily operational basis and ensure service quality through the supervision process. Requirements

• Ability to establish and maintain professional trusting, relationships with other professionals, social workers, client groups and communities and other stakeholders
• Acceptance of ethnic, cultural, religious, and sexual identities as well as an understanding of the socio-economic situations client’s experience.
• High level of computer skills
• Knowledge and experience of the principles and practices of all aspects of the Social Work profession, finance and Organisational development and management, research and evaluation methodology
• Demonstrated ability to write, read, analyze, interpret and disseminate general business periodicals, professional journals, technical professional procedures, government regulations and practice related information.
• Ability to write reports, project plans, business plans, and business correspondence

Minimum requirements

Duties:
The Volunteer is appointed by NICRO as a ‘Volunteer’ and his/her duties shall include:
a) Assisting in supportive duties for the diversion Programmes (copies and filing),
b) Conduct outreach and Awareness programmes under the supervision of Social Worker.
c) Upload Intake Register and update CMS system
d) Update file monitoring system
e) Co- facilitate Adult aftercare programme
f) Once a week sit at reception area
g) Call clients for diversion programmes.
h) Write process notes for all contact made with clients
